Connecticut Orthopaedic Specialists Outpatient Surgical Center, LLC and HHC Surgery Center Holdings, LLC intend to file a Certificate of Need Application with the State of Connecticut Office of Health Strategy, pursuant to Section 19a-638 of the Connecticut General Statutes, for the change in governance control of an outpatient surgical facility. HHC Surgery Center Holdings, LLC will request CON approval to assume an additional seat on the Board of Managers of Connecticut Orthopaedic Specialists Outpatient Surgical Center, LLC, giving it an equal number of seats to the other existing owner. Connecticut Orthopaedic Specialists Outpatient Surgical Center, LLC owns and operates a licensed outpatient surgical facility located at 84 North Main Street, in Branford, Connecticut. The change in governance control has no associated capital expenditure.
