Human Resources

The Human Resource Department is responsible for the recruitment, development, and retention of a high quality workforce in town hall dedicated to serving the needs of the Branford community.

All town employees, located in Town Hall as well as off site in our various departments and agencies, represent the town on a daily basis in how they perform their duties, deal with the public, and interact with the many businesses providing products and services to the Town.
